Meet Christina
A journey that became a calling.
She gets it because she's lived it. What began as a personal search for answers became a calling to help women understand their bodies.
My Story
Not every symptom began with an answer. Mine began with waking up every morning completely drenched in sweat.
I mean soaked. Not just a little warm—I'm talking about stripping the bed, changing my clothes, and washing my sheets and comforter over and over again.
At first, I thought the problem had to be my bedding. After researching, I convinced myself a different comforter and new sheets might solve it. They didn't.
Then came another symptom I never expected—an intensely itchy nipple. No one had ever told me these seemingly unrelated symptoms could all be connected.
The turning point came during a conversation with my older sister.
"Welcome to the club, bitch."
We both laughed. Then she told me I was probably entering perimenopause. I honestly thought she was crazy. I remember thinking, I'm too young for that.
But that conversation changed everything.
I began researching why women my age experience night sweats. The more I learned, the more I recognized myself. The night sweats. The brain fog. The changes in my body. The symptoms I had been dismissing. The questions I didn't even know to ask.
And then one thought stopped me in my tracks.
How are we not talking about this?
How could so many women be experiencing these changes while feeling completely unprepared? How could something so common still leave so many women feeling confused, dismissed, and alone?
That question became my calling.
The Heart Behind Her Seasons
Long before I became a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), my heart was always drawn to the same purpose: Helping people through life's silent battles.
Early in my career, I had the privilege of working as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting children and individuals on the autism spectrum. Many of the children I worked with were nonverbal, and they taught me one of the greatest lessons of my life.
Not every struggle is spoken.
Sometimes the most important work begins by learning how to truly observe, listen, and understand what someone is trying to communicate. That lesson has never left me.
Today, I approach women's health the very same way. Our bodies are constantly communicating with us. Symptoms aren't inconveniences to silence—they're messages asking us to pay attention.
When my own experience with perimenopause led me into the world of functional health, everything suddenly made sense. My personal journey, my passion for helping others, my love of education, and my entrepreneurial spirit all came together.
It felt less like discovering a new career and more like discovering the work I had been preparing for all along.
My Background
Credentials
- ✓ Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P)
- ✓ Former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- ✓ Entrepreneur
- ✓ Lifelong Learner
Credentials support my work. But relationships define it. Every certification I've earned, every course I've taken, every experience I've had—they all point back to the same mission: helping women understand themselves.
My mission extends far beyond reviewing symptoms or interpreting laboratory results. It's to listen before assuming, educate before overwhelming, and replace fear with understanding.
What We Believe
We believe your body is communicating.
Symptoms are not random. They are often invitations to look deeper.
We believe every woman deserves to be heard.
Listening is one of the most powerful forms of care.
We believe education changes everything.
Confidence begins with understanding.
We believe healing starts at the root.
When we understand the 'why,' we can build a path forward with purpose.
We believe perimenopause is not the beginning of decline.
It is the beginning of a new season—one that deserves support, education, and hope.
We believe health isn't built through perfection.
It's built through small, sustainable choices repeated over time.
We believe science and compassion belong together.
Knowledge matters. So does feeling safe, seen, and supported.
We believe no woman should have to navigate these seasons alone.
That is why Her Seasons exists.
